Irél is Whiplash's decadent Imperial Stout for cold nights: vanilla, tonka bean and cacao layered over deep roasted malt. It pours near-black, with aromas of chocolate, vanilla and warm sweetness, and a creamy, full body that finishes rich rather than bitter.

At 10.5% it's a sipping stout — perfect after dinner with chocolate desserts, aged cheddar or on its own by the fire. Brewed in Dublin by one of Ireland's most exciting modern craft breweries.
