Refunds and Returns

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged in transit, Molloys offers you the choice of either a replacement or a full refund, including any postage costs. Just contact us by phone or email (reply to order confirmation), and we’ll handle everything for you.

Changes and Cancellations

You can cancel your order up until the time of dispatch. Orders are dispatched daily at 10am. If your order is placed after 10am, it will be dispatched the following morning. If it is the day of dispatch, please contact us by phone at 1800 303062 (or +353 1 8227144 from outside Ireland) before 10am. To assist us quickly, please have your order reference number ready.

You can also make changes to your order before dispatch by replying to the order confirmation email you received or by emailing us at onlineorder@molloys.ie (please include your order reference number). Once your order has been packed and labeled, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Please note, we cannot process changes or cancellations via web chat. You must reply to the confirmation email to reach the distribution team directly.
