1. WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
No one does. Payments are handled by Realex, a highly secure company which specialises in online payments. At no point do Molloys have access to your credit card details. We also use Paypal and again we never have access to your details.
2. I CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT - WHAT DO I DO?
If you cannot access your account you may not have supplied us with an email address when you registered, or else we may have an incorrect email address listed for you. If you are having trouble logging in drop an email to enquiries@molloygroup.ie .
3. CAN THE PRODUCTS LISTED ONLINE BE PURCHASED IN EVERY MOLLOYS STORE?
The range of products we list online is based on the stock in our Clonsilla Store. Each store will have a slightly different product range, depending on its size. If you are unsure whether your local Molloys will stock a product you saw on our website you can use our Store Locator to contact them.
4. IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE I MUST MAKE?
No, there is no minimum or maximum order quantity. You can order as little or as much as you like. However, a €8.99 delivery charge will be applied.
5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

6. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Once an order has been packed, labelled and shipped, we’re no longer able to stop or amend it before delivery.
Under EU and Irish consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. If your order has already shipped and you still wish to cancel, you can do so by returning the parcel to us.
You can return your order by:

Using the return QR code on your shipping label

Refusing delivery when it arrives

Returning the parcel to any of our Dublin locations
You are responsible for the cost of the return, unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable once an item has shipped, in line with EU consumer regulations.

7. DO YOUR SHIP OUTSIDE OF IRELAND?
Sorry, no. We currently only ship within Ireland. We are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
