1. WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
No one does. Payments are handled by Realex, a highly secure company which specialises in online payments. At no point do Molloys have access to your credit card details. We also use Paypal and again we never have access to your details.
2. I CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT - WHAT DO I DO?
If you cannot access your account you may not have supplied us with an email address when you registered, or else we may have an incorrect email address listed for you. If you are having trouble logging in drop an email to enquiries@molloygroup.ie .
3. CAN THE PRODUCTS LISTED ONLINE BE PURCHASED IN EVERY MOLLOYS STORE?
The range of products we list online is based on the stock in our Clonsilla Store. Each store will have a slightly different product range, depending on its size. If you are unsure whether your local Molloys will stock a product you saw on our website you can use our Store Locator to contact them.
4. IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE I MUST MAKE?
No, there is no minimum or maximum order quantity. You can order as little or as much as you like. However, a €7.49 delivery charge will be applied.
5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

6. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
To make changes to your order, please reply directly to the order confirmation email you received when placing your order.Once your order has been packed and labeled, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Please note, we cannot process changes or cancellations via web chat. You must reply to the confirmation email to contact the distribution shop directly.
7. DO YOUR SHIP OUTSIDE OF IRELAND?
Sorry, no. We currently only ship within Ireland and Northern Ireland.
8. DO YOU OFFER CLICK AND COLLECT?
No. We currently do not offer click and collect
To check stock in particular shop please ring that shop for the fastest response.
8. DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
No. Not on this website. Delivery is courier based. Couriers collect from the shop at 10:30am and deliver the following business day Monday thru Friday.
