We’re delighted to announce our new partnership with Xpect Delivery Service,
This partnership allows us to offer a faster, more reliable next-day delivery service in Dublin and shipping nationwide with an post within 3 to 5 business days— at a flat rate of €8.99 per delivery address.

💶 Delivery Charges

  • €8.99 flat rate per delivery address.

  • Free delivery on all standard orders over €100 (to one address).

🕓 Delivery Service Breakdown

✅ Next-Day Delivery (Standard Service)

  • Applies to Dublin only.

  • All orders are dispatched for next-day delivery (Monday to Saturday).

📮 Nationwide

  • Orders outside the Xpect Dublin coverage area are delivered by An Post.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

⏱️ Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays.

  • Delivery window: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

✉️ Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive email and SMS notifications with tracking details once your order ships.
If you don’t receive tracking updates, please check your Spam or Junk folder first.

📱 Important Delivery Information

To ensure smooth delivery, please include:

  • A valid Irish mobile number

  • A correct Eircode

Missing or incorrect details may cause delays.

🎁 Gift Deliveries

If sending as a gift, please let the recipient know when to expect delivery or share the tracking details.
Couriers may leave parcels in a safe location if no one is available to receive them (e.g., porch, shed, side gate, or with a neighbour).

🔄 Order Changes or Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Once an order has been packed and labelled, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
❌ Changes cannot be made via web chat.
