Deliveries are only made Monday through Friday. Once the item ships, you will receive tracking information. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

Charges
There is Free Delivery on all standard sized orders over €100.00 to one delivery address. Otherwise there will be a flat delivery charge of €7.49 to each address where the total value to that address is less than €100.
Delivery Service
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders should be received within 1 to 3 working days if placed before 11 am and stock is available. Please note: this is not a guarantee, as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Orders placed after 12 pm are considered received the following day for delivery scheduling purposes. Deliveries occur during business hours (8 am - 6 pm). Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided with your order. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting Molloys.
It is essential to provide a valid Irish mobile number and Eircode for the recipient, as failure to do so may significantly delay delivery.
In case of delays, we strongly recommend using the tracking support function (located at the bottom right of the tracking webpage) before contacting Molloys. This helps avoid unnecessary back-and-forth with the courier and speeds up the process of locating your parcel.

Gift Deliveries
PLEASE inform the recipient of the delivery date or share the tracking information with them beforehand. While surprises are nice, parcels can be left in a safe place if there is no answer at the delivery address.
Common safe locations include closed porches, bins, sheds, behind side gates, or with a neighbor.

Cancelling or Changing an Order
To make changes to your order, please reply directly to the order confirmation email you received when placing your order. Once your order has been packed and labeled, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Please note, we cannot process changes or cancellations via web chat. You must reply to the confirmation email to contact the distribution shop directly.
