Deep ruby red in color. Rich spicy perfumes and black pepper notes with a hint of raisins. Full boded, intense and spicy, with sweet cherry flavours. Tommasi is one of the most revered producers in the region. This wine is made mostly from Corvina, the local variety, which is re-fermented on the grape skins of Amarone, according to the Ã¢â‚¬Å“Ripasso"ï¿½ method. It is then aged for 15 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
