Extremely layered. Vibrant with notes of melon, figs, toffee and lemon. This is punctuated with dried fruits, citrus, vanilla, spice and cloves, with a lingering toffee note on the finish.
Made from 100% Malted Barley, some as old as 23 years. 5 different wine casks are used to finish it. Bottled at 46% with no chill filtration
