Deep ruby colour. Intense, ripe aromas of red and black fruit stand out, accompanied by spicy and light toasted notes. Roble is aged for 6 months each in cask and bottle, rendering it smooth, medium bodied, and deliciously drinkable.
Food match: Tomato based dishes, such as pasta pomodoro, puttanesca, stuffed eggplant. Also excellent with pork or red meats, as well as chicken.
