Moutai Prince Baiju
This hugely popular Baiju is made from the same water source and quality grain as Kweichow Moutai, though with a shorter distillation period, the Prince is a fresher, lighter and more delicate variation of Moutai. With a fresh and sweet aroma of apple and pear, Prince is mild and mellow in flavour while still retaining some of the complexity of its older sibling. An incredible option for creating exciting cocktails as well as enjoying neat or over ice!
