Moutai Flying Fairy Baiju 50cl

An original Chinese spirit that is made from sorghum as well as wheat and water. A special type of yeast/fungus called Qu is used for the fermentation which is done in an eight stage process. The beer type liquid is then distilled seven times to create a most unusual spirit. Fives years after the process has begun the spirit is ready for release into the market. For Westerners it may come as a surprise that Baijiu is the biggest selling spirit in the world and Kweichow Moutai is correspondingly the largest alcoholic drinks company in the world. This is also an excellent spirit for creating cocktails with!
