Description
Mixer® Lemon Juice is obtained from squeezed sour lemons from Sicily. Its lingering aroma is emphasized by the essential oils obtained from the fruit's thick yellow skin. Perfect as an acidity corrector for cocktails and long drinks. It has a very strong and resolute taste and can also be used when cooking, it can be used on fish or it can be likewise used for seasoning salads and fruit salads. Many bartenders mix it with equal parts of water and sugar syrup and then use it as a base for the preparation of the well-known Sweet & Sour mix.
