Tasting Note:
A refined white Rioja with medium-high intensity and a bright golden hue. Aromas reveal baked apple, citrus peel, floral notes and gentle vanilla from extended oak ageing. The palate is silky yet vibrant, with layers of honeyed fruit, toasted almond and mineral freshness, supported by a refreshing acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Food Match:
Pairs beautifully with richer white-meat dishes like roast chicken or pork, creamy seafood such as lobster or scallops, and seafood risottos. Also excellent with aged cheeses, grilled fish or salads with citrus-based dressings.
