La Marca Millesimato Prosecco Spumante

This sparkling wine is as refined as the meticulous plots marking the hills where the grapes of the D.O.C.G. denomination are grown. On these impervious and sunny slopes, grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, giving rise to intense and fruity fragrances. On the nose, notes of apple and pear foresee floral scents of wisteria and acacia. Its enveloping, juicy taste recalls white-fleshed fruit pulp, with an elegant aftertaste of crisp apple. A perfect balance of flavour, acidity, and soft freshness.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Refined and aromatic, it is wonderful with white fish carpaccio, scallops with potato puree, or a shrimp, asparagus, and avocado spring salad. It is delicious with light fish or seasonal vegetable risottos, and fresh lasagnette pasta. Serve chilled at 6-8°C.
