A Rare Apple Ice Wine is made from rare, bittersweet apples mostly grown in  200 year old Orchards on the south facing slopes of Ireland’s County Cork. Using freezing temperatures to obtain a beautiful, rich must which to slowly ferment for over a year to give a luscious balanced dessert wine.
