This Chardonnay-based wine from Burgundy is extremely elegant. Pleasantly crisp, with restrained flavours of peach, Golden Delicious apple, beautiful minerality, a pleasant rounded mouthfeel and a long finish. The Talmard family produces only one wine, made from 100% Chardonnay which is fermented entirely in tank.
Food match: It would pair very well with turkey or chicken.
