This wine is very impressive – quite complex in its flavours – expect ripe red cherries, berries, and a lovely autumnal, earthy, woody aroma, and top that off with some lovely dark chocolate. This wine is quite firm, with fine tannins and a lingering finish too.
This wine is made by the renowned Symington family. It has been cited in the press, as a great example of the new wave of Portuguese wines, and is definitely worth trying.
This wine took the top medal (Gold) in the under €20 category, Irish Wine Show 2021
