Medium to full-bodied, with a light handed but firm tannic grip. Black and red berries mingle with roast coffee, chocolate and vanilla hints. A small amount of this wine is aged in French oak for 6 months, adding some complexity to the wine.
The winery is Emiliana, who have been certified organic since the 90s, and since 2006, are also certified biodynamic, a system which follows and allows nature’s own processes at its own rhythm, without the intervention of external elements.
