A silky, smooth wine with low astringency and an elegant, balanced finish. Cherry and liquorice aromas complemented by toffee and vanilla give way to chocolate and red berry flavours. This medium-bodied wine is excellent paired with soft cheeses, pastas, risottos, and lightly-seasoned meats. Serve at: 18-20ºC
