Bordeaux rouge is a blend of typical Bordeaux grape varieties : Merlot (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). After harvesting grapes are destemmed, crushed then fermented in temperature-controlled vats at controlled to preserve all the expression of the fruit.
