The tannins are fine and coated. The taste balance is tender. The finish reveals notes of liquorice and red and black fruits.
Sommelier's advice: a tender wine to accompany during the youth of the wine roasted white meats in sauce and grilled red meats, grilled rib steak and duck breast with pepper sauce, Sétoise macaronade, couscous, tajines.
