You might be surprised to learn that, despite being in business for more than 200 years and being the most famous name in bitters, Angostura has waited until 2020 to release a third flavour to its range.

These cocoa bitters are made with Trinitario cocoa nibs harvested from beans grown on Trinidad, where Angostura is made. Trinitario is widely considered to be the world's finest cocoa hybrid and produces flavours that can range from fruity to floral.

Angostura cocoa bitters provide top notes of nutty cocoa along with spice and botanicals. It can be used to enliven the flavours of aged spirits and sweet vermouth.
