🌟 New Partnership: Xpect Delivery Service
We’re excited to work with Xpect Delivery Service. This gives us a faster and more reliable service in Dublin, along with nationwide delivery through An Post. All deliveries are a flat rate of €8.99 per address.
We are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
All estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time, and delays are more likely in the lead-up to Christmas.

Free delivery on all standard orders over €100 (to one address).
🕓 How Delivery Works
All estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time, and delays are more likely in the lead-up to Christmas.
Dublin Deliveries (Xpect)
Once you place your order, it’s collected the next day.
From the day it’s collected, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days.
Nationwide Deliveries (An Post)
Orders outside the Dublin Xpect area are handled by An Post.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.
An Post is currently experiencing delays.
Important Note About An Post Tracking:
When you check your tracking, it may show that the parcel has not yet been received from the sender.
We want to reassure you that your parcel has been collected by An Post.
This message appears because An Post is currently dealing with a high volume of parcels following the Fastway closure. They have a backlog of packages waiting to be scanned into their system, even though the parcels are already in their distribution centres.
Your order is safely within the An Post network and will be delivered.
Delivery Timeline Notice
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
We always aim to deliver within the stated timelines, but delays can happen for reasons outside our control, such as courier backlogs, severe weather or operational issues.
In line with EU and Irish consumer regulations, your order will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe and no later than 30 days from the date you place your order, unless we have clearly agreed otherwise with you.
If a significant delay occurs and you no longer wish to wait, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

If you don’t receive tracking updates, please check your Spam or Junk folder first.

🧾 Delivery Support
If you have received a delivery update from Xpect, please use the Help link in your tracking page or the support option included in your Xpect SMS or email first.
The Xpect tracking page allows you to:

Leave delivery instructions
Add notes on where the driver can safely leave your parcel. -
Provide access codes
Share gate or building codes to help the driver reach your door. -
Reschedule your delivery
If available, you can choose a new delivery date.
(Please note that parcels containing food cannot be rescheduled.) -
Review delivery attempts
See any previous attempts, reasons for unsuccessful delivery, and driver comments.

🎁 Gift Deliveries
If sending as a gift, please let the recipient know when to expect delivery or share the tracking details.
Couriers may leave parcels in a safe location if no one is available to receive them (e.g., porch, shed, side gate, or with a neighbour).
🔄 Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Once an order has been packed, labelled and shipped, we’re no longer able to stop or amend it before delivery.
Under EU and Irish consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. If your order has already shipped and you still wish to cancel, you can do so by returning the parcel to us.
You can return your order by:

Using the return QR code on your shipping label

Refusing delivery when it arrives

Returning the parcel to any of our Dublin locations
You are responsible for the cost of the return, unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable once an item has shipped, in line with EU consumer regulations.
