Yves Jacques Champagne in Gift Bag

We are delighted to introduce this Champagne from an independent family grower: superb mousse, followed by fine aromas of citrus, stone fruit, sourdough, almond, and a hint of red fruits. Very fine bubbles give superb mouthfeel.  Crisp, and very enjoyable to drink.      

Food match:    Wonderful as a pre-dinner drink. 

What’s special about this wine?

•                    Most Champagne is made by huge public companies.  This is from an independent family who grow their own grapes and make their own wine. As an independent family business, we appreciate this.

·         The Yves family owns 17 ha in the Marne Valley, the Côte des Blancs, the Aube in the municipalities of Sézanne, Baye and also Aÿ and Chouilly, classified Grand Cru

·         60% Meunier from Vallee de la Marne & Baye, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay.
