TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow color, clean and bright Fruity and complex, with notes of white and stone fruits such as pear and peach and lime citrus with hints of white flowers. It is unctuous, fatty, fruity, very tasty and with a peach aftertaste. Harmonious, with fresh acidity, very well integrated and good persistence.
FOOD MATCH: Fantastic with appetizers, lean fish and shellfish..
