Wines for Easter 2024
What does Easter mean for you? Time off work? Relaxed weekend brunch? Chocolate? Easter egg hunts? Roast lamb?
In Ireland, we have really great lamb. It has its own unique flavour profile – saovury, earthy, and often complemented with rosemary and/or garlic and plenty of crunchy sea-salt. Red wine is the colour of choice: Rioja, Bordeaux, and Chianti Classico, as well as Rhône blends of Grenache and Syrah (eg Côtes du Rhône), are all classic pairings.
If you are talented enough to be able to make a rich, fruity gravy, then you can choose a ripe fruity red from the New World to showcase your cooking skills.

Of all our Molloys Exclusive wines, this is a must-try! Still
