Aromatic bitters. A skilfully blended aromatic preparation of gentian in combination with a variety of vegetable colouring matte. Distilled in Trinidad to a secret recipe dating from 1824, this was originally invented as a tonic to cure all ills! Its best-known uses are the few drops on a sugar cube in a Champagne cocktail or as the 'pink' in a Pink Gin.
