If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us.
Free Delivery on all standard-sized orders over €100 (to one delivery address).
For orders under €100, a flat delivery charge of €7.49 applies (per delivery address).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays)
Orders placed before 9:00 AM are usually processed that same working day
Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days, depending on order day and stock availability

All deliveries take place during business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Our courier partner Fastway collects orders from our shop each morning (Monday to Friday).
Delivery typically takes 2 working days from the day after collection, depending on location and courier capacity.

🗓️ Please Note:
There are no collections or deliveries on Public or Bank Holidays, including Monday Bank Holidays.
If an expected delivery would normally fall on a Monday Bank Holiday, it will be delivered on Tuesday instead.
This will also affect collections scheduled for Mondays, which will instead occur on Tuesday that week.
To avoid delays, please ensure you include:
A valid Irish mobile number
A correct Eircode
Failing to include these details may significantly delay your delivery.
If your parcel is delayed, please use the tracking support function on the Fastway tracking page before contacting Molloys.
This often resolves issues faster and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth.

While surprises are great, Fastway may leave parcels in safe locations if no one is home.

To make changes or cancel an order:

Once an order is packed and labeled, it cannot be changed or canceled
