The Pinot Noir appears moderately dark ruby-red with some depth and youthful with upfront red fruit aromas, cinnamon, seasoned resinous oak and herbal on the nose. The palate displays youth with ripe medium bodied black cherry, sweet raspberry, interwoven with savoury herb and spice, finishing soft with light acidity and extra layers of sweet cherry. An excellent wine for the price and would be best served with antipasto, pasta and seared tuna or pate.
