Initially matured in American Oak bourbon barrels before being finished, for an additional 6 months, in Chairman’s Reserve Rum casks from the tiny tropical Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. Decadent and tropical. Bottled at 46% abv.

The Irishman ‘The Harvest’ Single Malt & Single Pot Still: Previously known as Founder’s Reserve, the Harvest is a unique marriage of single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Triple Distilled, matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels, and crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. Zesty spice alongside a fruity sweetness. Bottled at 40% abv.

The Irishman Single Malt: This triple-distilled Single Malt was matured in American Oak Bourbon and European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks to give exceptional flavour and complexity. Rich, honeyed maltiness and soft notes of candied fruit come from the double maturation. Bottled at 40% abv.
