Gin, Raspberry, Bitters, Vermouth
700ml | Serves 7 | 20.5% ABV

This spirit-forward classic cocktail is given an Irish twist with the addition of raspberry wine from Co. Wicklow and premium Irish gin. Paired with vermouth, peach and rose bitters this makes for the perfect pre-dinner aperitivo. Made to be sipped over ice and garnished with a fresh raspberry. Top with bubbles if desired! 
Based on a cocktail invented at Cassi Cassona, Florence, 1919.

Method
Chill, shake, pop, pour
Serve over ice
Garnish with a fresh raspberry
Top with bubbles if desired

Craft Cocktails are hand mixed and bottled in Dublin 7 by award winning bartenders. Made using 100% natural ingredients so some sediment may occur, shake before use. Pop within 6 months and once open, refrigerate and drink within 3 days.
