Description

Sun-ripened dark plums, blackberries, and toasty oaky notes are the hallmarks, with a slight earthiness underpinning this wine.  It's from Castillon, east of St. Emilion, considered one of the better-value regions of Bordeaux.

Food match:    Enjoy with roast and chargrilled/barbecued dishes.
