With fruity tastes, with hints of coffee and cocoa. Very well balanced.

FOOD MATCH: Excellent as an after-dinner wine, or to go with red meat, game, quails & richly flavoured dishes. Very good with well-aged cheeses, such as parmesan,
pecorino and gorgonzola.
