Description
The beer pours a dark caramel head atop a rich, ink-black liquid, expect notes of sticky dates, plum, chocolate, raisins, dried fruits, and hints of pecan. With a similar brewing process to our imperial stouts but utilising a lager yeast instead of our usual ale yeast. This decadent, dark beer utilised a serious amount of Pilsner Malt, Munich, Crystal Malt, Chocolate Malt and Flaked Oats and was then cold lagered for months to pay tribute to the famous dark beers of Estonia
