The origins of the Molloy Group go back to 1933, when Martin Molloy purchased The Foxes Covert Pub in Tallaght. His son Kevin then expanded the business and opened several Molloys Liquor Stores across Dublin. Now a 3rd generation Family business, Richard Molloy has joined forces with Rascals to create a juicy pale ale to celebrate Molloys 90th Anniversary!
TASTING NOTE:
It is a nice crushable, summer pale ale. It is jam packed with Citra & Simcoe Hops which gives it lots of Peachy, Citrussy flavours with a little bit of dankness. It has a really pillowy, soft, fluffy mouthfeel.
