This is a fantastic solera aged rum from Colombia that is both smooth and full of flavour. Great on its own, perhaps with a little ice, or for adding some real quality to your favourite rum cocktail. Manuka honey notes form the core, with notes of allspice, toasted oak and vanilla. The finish is creamy, with hints of salt caramel.
