Gamma Ray is one hell of an American Pale Ale. It is big, hoppy and fresh, with juicy American hops added in ever increasing amounts at the end of the boil giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving its punchy aromas. Perfect with English cheese like Cheddar or Derby with Sage, and a wide range of food such a meat pie and beef burgers.
