The second collaboration with Great Northern Distillery. They have carefully aged a remarkable single malt Irish whiskey in casks previously used for Puca Berry and Hibiscus sour beer as part of their barrel program. Their Puca sour beer line is crafted through fermentation using a unique wild house yeast captured from the heather growing on Benulben mountain. This wild yeast imparts a refreshing, sharp tartness, beautifully balanced by the delightful notes of sweet and tangy fruits. As the flavours unfold, they seamlessly blend with the gentle, soothing vanilla sweetness contributed by the single malt whiskey.
