1. WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

No one does. Payments are handled by Realex, a highly secure company which specialises in online payments. At no point do Molloys have access to your credit card details. We also use Paypal and again we never have access to your details.

2. I CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT - WHAT DO I DO?

If you cannot access your account you may not have supplied us with an email address when you registered, or else we may have an incorrect email address listed for you. If you are having trouble logging in drop an email to enquiries@molloygroup.ie .

3. CAN THE PRODUCTS LISTED ONLINE BE PURCHASED IN EVERY MOLLOYS STORE?

The range of products we list online is based on the stock in our Clonsilla Store. Each store will have a slightly different product range, depending on its size. If you are unsure whether your local Molloys will stock a product you saw on our website you can use our Store Locator to contact them.

4. IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE I MUST MAKE?

No, there is no minimum or maximum order quantity. You can order as little or as much as you like. However, a €7.49  delivery charge will be applied.

COVID-19 - Contactless Delivery 

The health and safety of both our drivers and customers is paramount to Fastway Couriers. Due to the concerns about Coronavirus (COVID-19) we recently rolled out our contactless delivery option whereby the parcel is left at the door once the customer has given consent to do so, otherwise the parcel must be returned to the depot and a second delivery attempt is made on the next working day.

PLEASE SPECIFY IN THE NOTES AT CHECKOUT IF YOU PREFER TO HAVE CONTACLESS DELIVERY.
